Westlink's vessels provide the only regular monthly break bulk and dry bulk cargo liner service along the West Coast of Australia, to and from South East Asia. Servicing all the main West Australian ports, Westlink's vessels are equipped to carry cargo of virtually all kinds, and are certified to meet all international standards.

Our modern, well-geared vessels offer a reliable, regular service for parcels of any size and are equipped with high speed cranes, each having lifting capacities ranging from 50 to 160 tonnes.

Removable 'tween decks' further enhance our ability to carry a broad range of cargoes which include (but are certainly not limited to) carrier owned containers, shipper owned containers, dangerous goods (IMO cargo), line pipe, coated pipe, drill casing, Subsea oilfield equipment, drilling mud, drilling additives, pallets, bulk bags, machinery, pressure vessels, modules, boats, structural steel, steel plate, steel coil, wire rod in coil, deformed bar and other project cargoes.

Two Distinct Routes

Westlink Shipping's Services are delivered under two clearly defined regular routes served by:

North West Express Line

In addition to Fremantle, the North West Express Line schedule embraces the Western Australian ports of Geraldton, Shark Bay, Dampier and Port Hedland, coupled with a vital regular delivery service to Cocos and Christmas Islands which rely on us for regular and timely delivery of everything from basic necessities through to heavy plant and equipment.

South East Asian destinations include Merak, Singapore and Bangkok.

WA Line

The WA Line schedule covers the Western Australian ports of Geraldton, Dampier and Broome, reaches Kuching and Singapore before calling into an increasing number of ports on the Chinese coast.

The WA Line carries cargoes of every conceivable description, and is, in addition, heavily involved in serving mining, construction and infrastructure projects - in Australia and overseas.
